We have partnered with a market-leading brokerage and underwriting agency that are seeking to appoint a recent graduate and provide full support to develop a successful career within the insurance industry. These opportunities offer exposure across key areas including Broking, Underwriting and Claims, allowing you to build a strong technical foundation and explore long-term career pathways.

These roles are ideally suited to recent graduates with little to no prior industry experience who are ambitious, eager to learn, and motivated to develop their skillset. You will be joining a fun, fast-paced and collaborative environment, working alongside experienced professionals who are committed to your training, development and ongoing success.

Benefits:
  • Starting salary $60k to $75k + Super (Dependent on experience)
  • Offices located in Sydney CBD

  • Full-time hours: Mon to Fri, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with additional flexibility where required
The roles:

  • Graduate Insurance Broker - Ideal for graduates in finance, business management, or related fields
  • Claims Administrator / Consultant - Supporting the claims process and building your insurance knowledge
  • Underwriting Assistant - Assisting underwriters while gaining hands-on industry experience

  • You SHOULD be a recent graduate with ambition and a desire to build a successful career.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
  • A true team player who supports peers and enjoys helping others.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong commitment to client service excellence.
