CTP Claims Advisor

HAYLO People are specialists in Personal Injury and Insurance recruitment, and we are partnered with a highly respected organisation seeking Claims Advisors to join their Queensland CTP Claims team.

This is an excellent opportunity for people who enjoys managing complex matters, working collaboratively with stakeholders, and making a meaningful impact on the recovery journey of injured people.

The Opportunity:

You will work closely with claimants, legal representatives, rehabilitation providers, medical professionals, and internal specialists to achieve positive and timely outcomes.

• Manage a portfolio of complex CTP claims in accordance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement claim strategies that support effective and timely claim resolution.
• Review and assess medical, rehabilitation, financial, and investigative information.
• Manage pre-litigated and litigated claims, including negotiation and settlement activities.
• Collaborate with internal technical, injury management, fraud, and recovery teams.

About You:

• Open to backgrounds in Allied Health, Medical Administration, Legal, or similar claims background.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence positive outcomes.
• A customer-centric approach with a focus on achieving sustainable outcomes.
• The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
