We’re partnered with a leading business who is currently looking to hire a Claims Consultant, who will be responsible for the management of their own claims portfolio. The portfolio will include multiple product lines, but will focus on Commercial Strata and Motor.
The Role:
Location: Sydney CBD OR Melbourne CBD | 3 days work from home
Salary: Up to $85,000 Plus Super
Contract: Full Time, Permanent (Permanent Residents and Citizens)
As a Claims Consultant, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Confidently manage a variety of insurance claims across multiple lines, guiding clients through the claims process, clarifying documentation requirements, and ensuring accurate and timely lodgement.
Build lasting connections with clients, brokers and the insured, providing specialist consultation of management of their queries.
Deliver exceptional service tailored to diverse needs, making every interaction positive.
Actioning claims quickly and effectively, complying with company standards and SLA requirements.
Guarantee compliance with industry regulations, legal mandates, and company policies.

To be successful in this role, you will offer:
A minimum of 2 years in insurance claims handling end to end.
Commercial Strata claims experience is a must. Additional Motor claims experience is ideal.
Confidence in managing the process from start to finish, with confidence to deal with internal and external stakeholders
You genuinely care about creating a great experience for customers and supporting them through challenging times.
You’re adaptable, proactive, and perform well when things move quickly.
You possess strong both verbal and written communication.
