Claims Specialist - Property

HAYLO People are the specialists in General Insurance. We’ve partnered with a leading Underwriting Agency who are currently looking for a Claims professional with experience in Property Claims, to join them as they continue to grow. 
 
Our client is a specialised property underwriting agency, known for its operational excellence and high level of customer service. The Role:

• Manage your own property, contents and landlord claims portfolio, end-to-end. 
• Build meaningful relationships with the insured, the brokers and service suppliers, always putting a high level of customer service as a priority.
• Take proactive steps to progress claims efficiently while meeting internal benchmarks and turnaround times in line with service expectations.
• Operate within the boundaries of all applicable regulations, legal obligations, and company policies.

To be successful in this role, you will offer: 

• A minimum of 1 year in property claims. Experience can be in domestic, commercial or strata related claims.
• You genuinely care about creating a great experience for customers and supporting them through challenging times.
• You’re adaptable, proactive, and perform well when things move quickly.
• You’re curious, eager to learn, and always ready to take on new challenges.
