HAYLO People are specialists in Personal Injury and General Insurance recruitment. We are currently partnered with a well-regarded national insurer seeking an experienced  to join their Perth team.

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a portfolio of complex workers compensation claims, delivering strong return-to-work outcomes while working in a supportive and collaborative team environment.

  • Manage a portfolio of complex workers compensation claims end-to-end
  • Ensure claims are managed in accordance with legislation, policy, and best practice
  • Liaise with injured workers, employers, medical practitioners, and rehabilitation providers
  • Conduct case conferencing and stakeholder meetings to progress claims


  • Previous workers compensation experience preferred 
  • Solid understanding of workers compensation legislation
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • The ability to work collaboratively while managing an autonomous portfolio
