HAYLO People is a specialist recruitment agency supporting the Personal Injury and Insurance industry and are recruiting an opportunity for a well experienced Senior Case Manager, Return to Work Coordinator or Injury management specialist who is strong in claims management along with able to identify and drive ways of RTW.

Benefits:
  • Hybrid working with 3 days in office
  • $95,000 - 110,000 + super + benefits & bonus
  • Working within a like minded national team supporting a varied caseload
  • Be provided with autonomy and focus on delivery not KPI's or billable hours
Duties will include:
  • Manage key relationships and communicate effectively with all stakeholders, i.e department leaders, HR, safety, insurers, injured workers, rehab providers.
  • Develop and coordinating treatment and return to work plans for both physical and psychological injuries within a timely and proactive manner.
  • Utilise your strength in Claims Management knowledge to guide and partner effectively with insurers.
  • Work flexibly and hybridly whilst also visiting local sites in NSW.
  • Prepare reports for senior management whilst ensure file records are kept up-to-date.
To be successful you will:
  • Have 2+ years experience in Workers Compensation (via Insurance, Self Insurance, Occupational Rehab or Employer RTW/Case Management).
  • Showcase an ability to be self motivated, organised and with strong communication skills
  • Have a sound understanding of Workers Compensation and the NSW legislation (multi state exposure highly regarded yet not required)
  • Be confident to engage with clients, manage relationships and escalations whilst multi-tasking day to day responsibilities
