This is the ideal role for a Nurse, Exercise Physio, OT, Rehab Consultant or Injury Claims Specialist seeking to focus on injury management and achieve RTW results. An Opportunity to move away from hands on treatment / billable and transition into a more corporate setting. Whilst long term duration would be preferred, we can consider WHV applications.

You will strategise on treatment and return to work plans & encourage employees to safely return to their pre-injury activities and/or new employment.
  

• Guide, coach and mentor injured workers and employers in all aspects of Return To Work, claims management strategy & treatment approvals.
• Attend case conferences and engage with all parties involved with the claim to achieve collaboration and positive outcomes.
• Maintain close contact with your client/customer and assess the progress made on recovery and make modifications to treatment when necessary
• Act with integrity to ensure appropriate actions taken as well as meet regulatory requirements set by the Workers Compensation scheme

• Allied Health background highly regarded (Rehab Consultant, Nursing, Physio, OT or Psychology)
• Previous experience across Worker Compensation or similar and an understanding of the claims management process would be desirable.
• A strategic approach to problem solving.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Genuine, caring nature that put customers at the heart of what you do.

• Salary (experience dependent) $90,000 - $115,000 + super
• Flexible working hours & Hybrid working across either Darwin or Alice Springs
• Opportunity to move into the corporate side of injury management and away from hands on treatment / billables.
