The Role

As Commercial Motor Claims Consultants, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
  • Skilfully handle commercial motor insurance claims, explaining the claims process, documentation requirements, and lodging the claims.
  • Build lasting connections with clients and brokers, championing products and values they can trust.
  • Deliver exceptional service tailored to diverse needs, making every interaction memorable.
  • Actioning claims quickly and effectively, complying with company standards and SLA requirements. 
  • Guarantee compliance with industry regulations, legal mandates, and company policies
  • Location: Brisbane CBD, WFH available

To be successful in this role you will offer:
  • Motor claims experience is a must — 1+ years experience handling heavy motor or commercial motor claims end to end
  • A genuine passion for customer service and a commitment to creating a positive experience, even when things get tough
  • The ability to stay focused and perform well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • A can-do attitude and a strong desire to keep learning and growing
  • For senior candidates: confidence working independently, coaching and mentoring team members, and managing escalated or sensitive claims when needed
