The Role:
Manage the CEO’s schedule, inbox, and daily priorities
Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials
Coordinate Executive and Board meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
Act as a key liaison with internal and external stakeholders
Track key initiatives while maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion
