The Role:

• Manage the CEO’s schedule, inbox, and daily priorities
• Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials
• Coordinate Executive and Board meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
• Act as a key liaison with internal and external stakeholders
• Track key initiatives while maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion
