The role:
  • Supporting farmers and agricultural businesses through the crop insurance claims process
  • Reviewing claims and gathering relevant information about crop losses
  • Communicating with clients, agronomists, and internal teams to assess claims accurately
  • Ensuring claims are handled efficiently, fairly, and in line with policy guidelines
  • Providing reassurance and clear guidance to customers during difficult circumstances
  • Building strong relationships with clients within the agricultural community
About you:

 This role is ideal for someone with agricultural knowledge who wants to move into insurance. You may come from:
  • Agricultural services 
  • Agronomy or crop science
  • Rural business or agricultural advisory roles
We’re looking for someone who:
  • Understands crops and agricultural challenges
  • Has strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Is organised and detail-focused
  • Enjoys helping people and delivering great customer service
  • Is interested in building a career within the insurance industry
