We are partnering with a large organisation seeking a Performance & Insights Lead to support a national self-insured workers comp program. This is a high impact role for a hands on leader who can turn data into meaningful business insights and drive better decision-making across financial, operational and injury management performance.
The Role
Design, build and deliver portfolio reports, dashboards and insights packs for governance and leadership forums
Produce national performance reporting across multiple jurisdictions
Analyse trends, risks and opportunities across claims, RTW, reserves and recoveries
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement across reporting quality, automation, KPI frameworks and data definitions
Key Responsibilities
Lead the performance insights agenda across a national self-insured workers compensation portfolio
Deliver accurate, timely and decision-ready reporting aligned to customer and organisational priorities
Support forecasting, reserve monitoring and budget performance tracking with a strong focus on drivers and impacts
Present insights in governance forums, quarterly reviews and portfolio performance
About You
Strong experience in workers compensation, insurance analytics or portfolio reporting
Demonstrated capability building and delivering executive-level reports and dashboards in a hands-on capacity
Experience working across multiple jurisdictions with a national program
Advanced analytical capability using Power BI, Excel, SQL or similar
