As a Case Manager, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Lead end-to-end management of workers' compensation claims under the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation
- Client-Centric Coordination: Schedule, communicate, and confirm job details to meet client needs.
- Monitor claim trends, costs, and performance indicators to reduce workplace injury impacts
- Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholder
: Northern Territory - Relocation package offered
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm (with flexible options)
$90,000 - $110,000 plus superannuation ( + benefits )
- Workers compensation for a Self Insurer, Insurer or Scheme Agent
- Certificate IV in Workers' Compensation and/or Injury Management, or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 years' experience in workers' compensation case management and return-to-work coordination
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 and Comcare scheme operations
- Proven experience managing complex or long-term workers' compensation claims
- Strong understanding of return-to-work principles, suitable duties planning, and workplace rehabilitation
