Injury management Advisor Or Occupational Rehabilitation specialist who enjoys supporting injured workers with their recovery and identifying ways to support RTW.

Duties will include: - Managing a case load of clients across a variety of compensable schemes, liaising with employers, health practitioners and claims managers
- Working with a multi-disciplinery team, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehab Consultant, Rehab Counsellor, Psychologist.
- Develop and coordinating treatment and return to work plans for both physical and psychological injuries within a timely and proactive manner.
- Work flexibly and hybridly whilst also visiting local sites in NSW.
To be successful you will: - Have an Allied Health Qualification (Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Consultant, Rehabilitation Counsellor, Psychology) & have at least 2 years of experience on the field
- Showcase an ability to be self motivated, organised and with strong communication skills
- Have a sound understanding of Workers Compensation (across multiple jurisdictions desired)
- Have an intermediate level in computer literacy or above
