is a specialist recruitment agency supporting the Personal Injury, Safety and Insurance industry. We are seeking an established Senior Account Manager, Principal Consultant or well connected Workers Compensation Manager who is ready to build their own department and offering within Broking.


  • Maximising on an existing portfolio of established clients whilst leveraging existing relationships for the continued growth of a brand new department.
  • Creating tailored solutions for a varied client base with the support and backing of the CEO.
  • Utilise claims knowledge to provide guidance to clients on Workers Compensation compliance, regulations and strategies to further support best premium management.
  • Educate clients about workers' compensation coverage, benefits, and claims processes to foster clear understanding.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on insurance trends, regulatory changes, emerging risks, and competitive offerings.

  • 5+ years of experience in Workers Compensation & premium management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and confident in liaising with executive leaders and mid-market to corporate clients withholding a professional manner.
  • A positive, growth mindset attitude to be involved with continuous learnings and provide new ideas to retain and support the growth of the client base.
  • Ability to lead a support function and collaborate effectively.
