HAYLO People are a specialist recruitment agency supporting the Personal Injury & Insurance industry. We are working with one of Australia's most well trusted ASX listed insurers looking to grow their team.

We are seeking Law Graduates, looking to step into insurance industry as a Compulsory Third Party (CTP) Claims Advisor. Using your legal knowledge and understanding of legal terminology will allow you to support and manage claims for injuries sustained during motor vehicle accidents.

Full Training will be provided in building your knowledge within CTP claims management. Once initial in office training is complete (3 months) you can enjoy the flexibility of hybrid working (3 days working at home /2 days in office) 

Located in beautiful offices in Sydney CBD, working full-time hours.

About you:
  • Tertiary qualifications, including Legal or Insurance would be advantageous
  • Excellent analytical skills and technical skills
  • A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to workplace improvement and changes
  • High attention to detail
  • Confidence and influencing skills and comfortable making decisions and problem-solving
  • Collaborative stakeholder management skills and enjoy regular interactions both internally and externally

The Role:
  • Managing an allocated claims portfolio within legislative and policy requirements to achieve the best possible outcomes.
  • Engaging with key stakeholders including legal firms or direct claimants by phone to bring about understanding, involvement in claims management.
  • Providing an excellent level of customer service to the legislative authority, employers and injured claimants through compliance with legislation, timely response times and efficiency in processing
  • Obtaining and reviewing medical, financial, investigative and rehabilitation reports to assist in the accurate assessment of individual claims.
