HAYLO People are experts in Personal Injury and General Insurance recruitment. We are partnered with an International insurer in the Personal Injury space who are expanding their market share and who are seeking experienced Senior CTP Claims Consultant to join their team in Adelaide.
  
This is an opportunity to step up into a Senior or Technical position, whilst managing a small case load but really focusing on up-skilling up and coming case managers across the SA business. 
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of CTP claims from lodgement through to finalisation, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes.
  • Apply proactive case management and early intervention strategies to support recovery and return-to-work pathways.
  • Coach and mentor junior case managers
  • Assess claimant needs by reviewing medical information, managing benefit correspondence and coordinating treatment and rehabilitation.
  • Approve reasonable and necessary treatment and rehabilitation based on evidence and recovery goals.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant legislation, policies and quality standards.
  • Build strong relationships with legal, medical and rehabilitation stakeholders while collaborating with leadership to support team capability
Skills and Experience:
  • Previous CTP Claims experience (minimum 3 years)
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Time management skills and a proactive approach
  • Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks
  • Understanding of a compliance and target driven environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Emotional intelligence
  • A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape
