This is a warm desk and suits someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, managing roles between $90,000 - $220,000 salary ranges and passionate about building their knowledge within work, health and safety. The role will be working alongside another consultant with existing relationships.

The Role:  
  • You will be responsible for servicing and growing our Work, Health and Safety desk. 
  • Travel to meet clients and participate in industry events. 
  • You will drive an exceptional candidate experience, client service delivery, and business growth with integrity and care. 
  • Keep up to date with the latest market trends and regularly take part in training sessions. 
  • Location: Sydney CBD 
  • Contract: Permanent Full-Time position (If you're looking for visa support, please call to discuss) 
 
You Will Have:  
  • Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant for a minimum of 12 months in a recruitment agency. 
  • Experience in building and growing a client base. 
  • Strong sourcing abilities using our innovative technology, referrals, and networking.  
  • An authentic approach to identifying, connecting & building relationships with both candidates & clients. 
  • With a growth mindset; you are open to taking on new challenges, persistent, and are driven to achieve your goals. 
  • Strong team player who enjoys working towards a common goal
