The Role:
As a Case Manager, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Lead end-to-end management of workers' compensation claims under the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation
Client-Centric Coordination: Schedule, communicate, and confirm job details to meet client needs.
Monitor claim trends, costs, and performance indicators to reduce workplace injury impacts
Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholder
Location: Northern Territory - Relocation package offered
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm (with flexible options)
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 plus superannuation ( + benefits )
About You:
Workers compensation for a Self Insurer, Insurer or Scheme Agent
Certificate IV in Workers' Compensation and/or Injury Management, or equivalent qualification
Minimum 3 years' experience in workers' compensation case management and return-to-work coordination
Demonstrated knowledge of the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 and Comcare scheme operations
Proven experience managing complex or long-term workers' compensation claims
Strong understanding of return-to-work principles, suitable duties planning, and workplace rehabilitation
