Tourism and Hospitality company. Our client are currently seeking a Workers Compensation Case Manager to join their team.

The Role:

  • As a Case Manager, your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead end-to-end management of workers' compensation claims under the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation

  • Client-Centric Coordination: Schedule, communicate, and confirm job details to meet client needs.

  • Monitor claim trends, costs, and performance indicators to reduce workplace injury impacts

  • Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholder

Location: Northern Territory - Relocation package offered

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm (with flexible options)

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 plus superannuation ( + benefits )

About You:

  • Workers compensation for a Self Insurer, Insurer or Scheme Agent

  • Certificate IV in Workers' Compensation and/or Injury Management, or equivalent qualification

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in workers' compensation case management and return-to-work coordination

  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 and Comcare scheme operations

  • Proven experience managing complex or long-term workers' compensation claims

  • Strong understanding of return-to-work principles, suitable duties planning, and workplace rehabilitation
