Assistant Account Manager - Workers Compensation

is a specialist recruitment agency supporting the Personal Injury, Safety and Insurance industry and are seeking a well experienced Workers Compensation Case Manager or Junior Account Manager to support the with the running of a workers compensation portfolio.
  

• Support a team with managing a portfolio of Workers Compensation Clients (mixed industries, business scales and exposure to national clients)
• Support with phone calls & emails to liaise with clients, insurers, underwriters, service providers and internal stakeholders
• Prepare correspondence, reports and general administration involving workers compensation claims and premium projections and renewals
• Ensure deadlines are met whilst supporting multiple Account - Senior Account Managers and Directors

  

• 1+ years’ of experience in workers compensation - preference within Corporate NI claims
• Have excellent customer service skills, written, verbal and face to face
• Are a self driven individual who asks questions and is seeking development
• Have a commercial mindset and takes pride in both quality and delivery of work

• $90,000 - $105,000 + super + bonus
