is a specialist recruitment agency supporting the Personal Injury, Safety and Insurance industry and are seeking a well experienced Workers Compensation Case Manager or Junior Account Manager to support the with the running of a workers compensation portfolio.
Support a team with managing a portfolio of Workers Compensation Clients (mixed industries, business scales and exposure to national clients)
Support with phone calls & emails to liaise with clients, insurers, underwriters, service providers and internal stakeholders
Prepare correspondence, reports and general administration involving workers compensation claims and premium projections and renewals
Ensure deadlines are met whilst supporting multiple Account - Senior Account Managers and Directors
1+ years’ of experience in workers compensation - preference within Corporate NI claims
Have excellent customer service skills, written, verbal and face to face
Are a self driven individual who asks questions and is seeking development
Have a commercial mindset and takes pride in both quality and delivery of work
Wide exposure whilst you train to take over your own client base

$90,000 - $105,000 + super + bonus
