is a specialist recruitment agency supporting the Personal Injury, Safety and Insurance industry and are seeking a well experienced Workers Compensation Case Manager, Junior Account Manager or Account Manager who is seeking to support an existing portfolio of Clients with premium and claims management.
  • Gain experience with multiple industry risks and a mixture of Mid Corporate - National clients
  • Hybrid & Flexible Working within a Permanent Role
  • Work within an experienced team to elevate your skills and bounce ideas off

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and have support offering tailored solutions.
  • Utilise claims knowledge to provide guidance to clients on Workers Compensation compliance, regulations and strategies to further support best premium management.
  • Educate clients about workers' compensation coverage, benefits, and claims processes to foster clear understanding.
  • Learn and understand the entire lifecycle of workers' compensation policies, from underwriting submissions to policy renewals.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on insurance trends, regulatory changes, emerging risks, and competitive offerings.


  • Experience in Corporate Claims management in Workers Compensation essential
  • Excellent communication skills and confident in liaising with corporate clients withholding a professional manner
  • A positive, growth mindset attitude to be involved with continuous learnings and provide new ideas to retain and support the growth of the client base.
  • Experience with premium management and multistate legislation is not essential yet desirable
