The opportunity for the Account Executive will form part of a well-established and experienced team in an organisation that is highly regarded internationally.
Joining the close-knit team you will be using your Workers Compensation Case Management, Injury Management and RTW work experience to support a portfolio of clients with their Insurance needs. This role is ideal for someone from a Workers Compensation Claims, RTW within an Employer or Rehab background, with the right attitude and is keen to learn!
Based in the heart of the Brisbane CBD, with River views, a trendy office space and being close to the River, great for client meetings.
Duties Include: - Ensuring a high level of service is delivered to a portfolio of clients and supporting with insurance programs, claims, risk exposures and claim reviews
- Develop RTW plans and liaise with medical practitioners and allied health professionals
- Supporting the senior team and working towards department goals
- Working as a team and independently, on site and remote to offer unique and innovative solutions for clients
To Be Successful: - Existing End to End Case Management Experience in Workers Compensation Required in adherence to QLD Legislation.
- Employer RTW, Injury Management experience required
- Previous knowledge of Premiums desired
- Confident in QLD state legislation
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal with a professional approach
- Proven experience negotiating RTW outcomes
- A positive, growth mindset attitude!
